EAL Block 8

Well here we are at the end of February and time to reveal another block.

This block had a lot of tiny circles which I chose to leave off.  I was working on this block when I was having eye troubles.  Maybe I will add them later.

Be sure to stop by and see Karen's version of the block.  I am sure hers won't be as wonky as mine.

We are enjoying some warmer weather and sunny skies, I hope you are too,

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs, Cathy

I was wondering if you would simplify the block design. It is fine without the circles. We are halfway through the applique blocks at this point.

I would leave off the little circles, too--and all the rest of the applique. LOL
I think each of your blocks look great. Different is good. :)

Forget those circles. I did that on a project I am making! I love this one!
Hang in there - Spring is coming!!! No more Cabin Fever! Hope all is well.

I don't think your block is wonky at all--looks great! Karen was pretty smart using wool for the little circles. I think maybe I would have embroidered them--or leave them off like you did--lol!

I love it Cathy, it's fine without the circles - it really reminds me of tulips!
